When you listen to recitations by Mishary Rashid Alafasy, Abdul Basit, or other Qaris, the audio files are streamed directly via secure HTTPS connections from public content distribution networks. Cached audio is kept locally on your device for offline listening and can be cleared at any time.
To fund continuous app development and maintenance, NoorQuran displays non-intrusive banner and optional rewarded ads served by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). In alignment with sacred Quranic dignity, ads are never displayed inside the Ayah recitation view, and sensitive categories (alcohol, gambling, dating, finance loans) are strictly blocked.
NoorQuran is a wholesome Islamic educational app suitable for readers of all ages and children learning Quran. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 13.
